We offer worldwide shipping via express carriers. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How should I care for my leather bag?
To preserve the beauty of your item, avoid prolonged exposure to light, heat, and humidity. We recommend applying a specialized leather milk periodically and storing it in its original dust bag.
What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all protective packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.
Are taxes and duties included in the price?
For orders shipped to the European Union, prices include VAT. For international orders, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout or upon delivery depending on the destination country's regulations.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
